Seminar/Workshop/Webinar Policies

For seminars/workshops, "participant" is defined as one individual.

For webinars, "user" is defined as one computer and one phone line per registration.

Maintenance of records:

Seminars/Workshops: Distribution of Continuing Education Certificates

Seminar/workshop participants will be deemed as having successfully completed an educational offering by attending the full number of hours of training. Certificates are awarded at the close of the seminar. Attendance is monitored throughout the day(s) at various times to insure participants' presence. Attendees are required to sign-in for both morning and afternoon participation. Attendees are not allowed to sign-in for anyone other than themselves. Attendees who do not attend the entire session will be awarded credit only for the amount of time that they were present, if allowed by CE accrediting agency. Individuals substituting for a paid registrant will receive a certificate of attendance via the US Postal service within two weeks after session date.

Webinars: Distribution of Continuing Education Certificates

For Non-CE Webinars: A facility participant sign-in sheet (to be maintained in facility personnel files) will be forwarded to designated facility contact person prior to event. Each user will receive a printable certificate of attendance form after the webinar.

For CE Webinars: Attendees seeking recognized/approved CE's will have access to a printable certificate after the event. An extra charge will apply for CE certificates, as well as successful pass/completion of a short test. Each webinar user will receive an email after the webinar with specific instructions as to this process.
